Advice after the succession

If a succession has occurred, we advise the heirs, legatees and beneficiaries of the compulsory portion on the best possible course of action.

If the decedent has died without a will, i.e. if intestate succession has occurred, a community of heirs often arises. We support you in the fair distribution of the assets. If a certificate of inheritance is required, we will support you in applying for it.
