Advice after the succession
If a succession has occurred, we advise the heirs, legatees and beneficiaries of the compulsory portion on the best possible course of action.
If the decedent has died without a will, i.e. if intestate succession has occurred, a community of heirs often arises. We support you in the fair distribution of the assets. If a certificate of inheritance is required, we will support you in applying for it.
Often it is also possible to repair tax disadvantageous wills by taking measures after the succession without neglecting the protection of the relatives. In the case of such failed succession arrangements, it is often necessary to act quickly in order to still be able to eliminate the unintended consequences.
And if there is a dispute within the community of heirs, with beneficiaries of the compulsory portion or with the executor of the will, we are at your side with advice and support.
